What we do
For every mainboard and SME IPO we cover, we publish dates, price band, lot size, issue structure, financials, peers, promoters, risks and litigation, in plain language. SME IPOs get the same depth as mainboard issues.
Where our data comes from
Every IPO on IPO24by7 is compiled from primary sources: the DRHP and RHP filed with SEBI and the exchanges, price band announcements and filings on BSE and NSE, and registrar notices. Each figure on an IPO page shows its source, and our own calculations are marked as ours. We do not copy data from other IPO websites.
- Offer documents: DRHP and RHP filed with SEBI, BSE and NSE.
- Exchange filings: price band advertisements, subscription data, basis of allotment and listing data from BSE and NSE.
- Registrars: allotment status and refund timelines.
How we label numbers
- Every section names the RHP section or filing it comes from.
- Numbers we work out ourselves, such as market cap at the upper price, minimum investment and listing gains, are marked as our calculation.
- Dates we estimate from SEBI's T+3 timeline are marked as expected until the exchange confirms them.
- Where data is not yet available, we say so and say when it will arrive. We never fill a gap with a guess.
Read before you apply
Each IPO page has a panel that puts the strengths and the things worth checking side by side, taken from the RHP. It is our plain-language reading of the document, not a rating and not a recommendation.
What we do not do
- We do not recommend applying, buying or selling.
- We do not publish ratings or verdicts.
- We do not copy data from other IPO websites.
- We do not treat grey market premium as a forecast. If shown, it carries its source and time.
Who we are
Pages are written and checked by IPO24by7 Research. We do not accept payment from issuers, lead managers or registrars for coverage. If we add referral links to brokers in future, every such link will be disclosed on the page where it appears.
Corrections
If you spot a number that does not match the source document, write to hello@ipo24by7.com with the page and the RHP page number. We correct errors and update the page timestamp.
